The Clothes Show 2014, was held in Birmingham on the 8th of December, and I was lucky enough to attend. For those of you who don't know, the clothes show is a brilliant shopping opportunity, with a fashion show to follow. This is one of the biggest fashion events of the year in the UK, which lasts 5-6 days every December. The clothes show attracts many famous faces to promote their products, or to do meet ups. This year, I was privileged, and I met Amy Childs.. also, Jamie Laing and Andy Jordan from Made in Chelsea, Charlotte Crosby from Geordie Shore, and Tom Pearce from The Only Way Is Essex, and many of my friends met Mazzi Maz, the youtuber. But there were others ther The Clothes Show is in the NEC, and the huge hall is used for shopping. You can pick up many fashion and beauty products, at a cut price. Brands such as Rimmel, Lee Stafford, Barry M, Models Own, W7 etc. where all there to promote their brands.
Today, I decided to share my purchases with you, nearly a month on from the event. I picked things up from Lee Stafford & Models Own.
Lee Stafford gave you a 'bag of their products', which I was quite disappointed with as I expected more Lee Stafford products in the bag. The bag basically consisted of 3 Lee Stafford products, 3 glitter sprays and a load of crap, basically. I got given glitter tattoos, and all sorts, which I definitely didn't want... I wanted hair products.
The three full size Lee Stafford products I received where:
Double Blow Mousse - £5.99
Climate Control Hairspray - £5.99
Lightning Spray - £7.99
The bag cost me £15, and the Lee Stafford products I received were worth around about £20
Samples of Lee Stafford Argan Oil Shampoo, Conditioner & Miracle Oil. Also comb.
Colour Xtreme Hair Art Spray - £2.99 each (Gold, White & Green)
Glitter Tattoos, Glitter Stencils & Temporary Tattoos
The other counter I went to was Models Own. And how the Models Own counter worked, was that you chose 3 nail polishes which were worth £5 each, and you received a gift bag full of Models Own products for £10, and it was supposedly worth £65. The 3 Nail Polishes I chose were: Pink Fuzz (a rose gold glitter), 5 in 1 (a topcoat, basscoat, clear polish) & Liquorice Allsorts (A black scented polish).
And to be fair to Models Own, the gift bag was full of their products, including a Closer magazine, which was probably about £2 in itself. If you bought the nail polishes outside of the Clothes Show, they would be £15, so you'd already got your money back with them.

Products I received from Models Own:
Tube Lipgloss
Bubblegum Lip Balm
Eyelash Curler
Mmakeup Sponges
Black Kohl Eyeliner Pencil
Black Chunky Kohl Eyeliner Pencil
Eyeshadow Duo
3 Way Nail Buffer
Makeup Applicators
I was really pleased with the Clothes Show overall, although they could've thrown in a few freebies!! The fashion show afterwards was amazing, it really caught your attention, and you could tell a lot of effort had been put into it! The outfits were crazy, but some of the models were dancers and they really put on a show. So, well done to them. I had an amazing day and the products were really good value for money.
I hope you enjoyed this haul, it's been very detailed! Remember, if you want any of the products reviewed in full, let me know in the comments. Also, if you feel the picture quality was bad, let me know because I used a different editing software, and I'm not sure I like it, what do you think?? Thanks for reading! Bye!
